Geez, the haters just cannot get past it, can they?

McCleon made a very good play batting the ball down.

Swallow the hate and give him some love, you stingy dog.

True, he did make a great play and from what I saw did close in on the ball pretty quickly which is why the QB threw to what he thought was an open receiver.

I've said it before... McCleon might make a good nickelback. It would allow him to play more like he did in 2003.

I wouldn't mind seeing him out there some. It's not like Sapp is great in coverage anyway.

As I remember it, Sapp made two great plays in the endzone knocking the ball away. Sapp is going to be a very good cb.
As for McCleon, that was a great play and I think he is best at the nickle. I like the Sapp/McCleon rotation at the nickle.

I wish McCleon would close the distance between himself and the door.

Sapp did make two good plays in the EZ. The Texans ran the same play almost back to back, and Sapp covered it well both times. But overall, he's been average at best in coverage.

I'd like to see both of them get some time. It would be nice to continue to develop Sapp, and he plays with a lot of attitude. But if we can get the '03 version of McCleon at nickelback, that would really help shore up our secondary.

Do you all remember the Philly game, when they tried a flea flicker on us.

McCleon got his ass back there in a hurry to cut of TO.

mcpasson`s closing speed is good because he is use to playing 20 yards off his man. this gives him more experence at closing.
