A lot of women eat that shit up! I don't know about any Spa's in KC, but you should go with some kind of body wrap and/or body massage. Pedicures and Manicures are great, but for true relaxation go with the massage.

There's one here in town (several, actually) that have hot stone massages, mud baths, full body wraps, along with all of the facial, manicure, and pedicure items. This one place has what's called chocolate indulgence. I'm not sure what's involved, but I've heard it's heaven.
