I feel so sorry for Croyle

This guy is in a bad situation and won't be able to develop with these coaches.

I think that's taking it too far. They did a good job today letting him throw downfield.

It seems they only throw the ball when they are in trouble. I think they are holding back with him.

We tried to take some shots off play action. It just didn't develop.

Didn't have a problem with the playcalling today. The OL sure was putrid, though. Especially when it mattered.

Lenny said there was pressure in his face all day, Mr. GoChiefs. Is that the way you saw it?

Probably 4-5 of those runs were really passes that Croyle ended up getting chased out of the pocket so he was forced to run.

exactly, notice how once we started to mix the run up with the pass, we started moving the ball with ease?

We cant keep doing the 'run run pass' on ever single possession we have. That has been the killer on offense. the lack of creativity with the OC coaching staff.

They just need to let the guy play, dont hold him back, we are obviously not going to be playing for this years superbowl anyways. We have nothing to lose, for **** sakes, we;ve lost 4 home games this year...The last time that happened in KC was 2001, we went 6-10 that year. I honestly dont think we are better than that this year.

After that pick in the 1st they went into a total shell....he had 4 yards passing after the 1st quarter...

It wasn't the "don't worry about it" and right back to throwing it was "oh shit you turned it over you idiot" and run it 10 times in a row. Herm is going to take Croyles balls and cut them off and turn him into a pussy.

Bingo.

I really liked what I saw out of a guy making his second NFL start today. He's got a cannon, made good decisions (outside of the INT), and doesn't panic in the pocket. Between him, Kolby Smith, and Dwayne Bowe I think we've got a real nucleus of young talent upon which to build this team.

I wish I trusted this coaching staff not to eff things up.

thank you.. the voice of reason right here! no im not joking, Brodie wasnt too bad for his 2nd NFL start Kolby stepped up big time (yes it was the Radier D we were playing but still.....) and Bowe was good.

i again blame OC playcalling and our D. the Solari calling was to be expected....but our defense to screw the pooch against the Raiders...and Broncos at home........
