I'm not fat.
(Couldn't find the "Track your Weight Loss" thread)

Took me almost a year & a freakin half to lose 40lbs, but I'm finally there - 182! At 6' 0" the Body Mass Index finally sez I'm not overweight!

A BMI of 25 is the cutoff & I'm just under at 24.7. Dang calculator called me obese with a BMI of 30.1 when I wuz 222 lbs & it pissed me off. Enough that I vowed to get back to my weight of yesteryear. And now, it is done.

So for all you weight-losers out there - don't give up! It can be done - there's light at the end of the tunnel!
