Moving out of Mom's.

Found a perfect place, just found out we got it.

Moving in May 1st.

Any advice is welcomed.

Congrats. You'll learn as you go. All I'm going to say is, I hope you're not moving in with your best friends. Because whomever it is, you probably won't be friends with them after this experience. You don't really KNOW someone until you live with them and have an opportunity to absorb all of their nastiness.

Treat your apartment like it's something you care about. It'll help in the long run when you go to move out and you get almost your entire security deposit back.

2 roomates. Its a House. 3 BR/ 2 BA. 2 Car Garage, Large Backyard, Nice front yard, nice part of town. Comes w/ new fridge, stove, oven. $1700/ month

Master Bedroom (which came down to a coin flip - i lost) - $625
Other 2 Bedrooms - $537.50

The Master Bedroom was 12.5' x 11.5' Plus a walkin closet and bathroom (w/ shower)
