NFT: Transmission Work
Anyone here in the KC area do transmission work? Apparently I probably need mine rebuilt due to slippage into 2nd gear. Transmission shop said most likely a complete rebuilt is required, though they won't know for sure unless they take it apart to get a looksee.

It's been close to two years ago, but my son-in-law took his truck to Lee's Summit Transmission. They seem to have done a good job and they were reasonably priced.

Lol, took it to Certified Transmission for a second opinion. They said it was clearly a clogged or restricted catalytic converter, nothing at all wrong with the transmission. Note to all, beware Cottman Transmission!
