Move Charles to WR?
With haley doing 3 jobs and no other option at RB this is impossible to do now but..If a)the chiefs get an OC and haley can do side projects like this
b)Through the draft or FA get an every down back

Charles made a nice adjustment on the deep ball and has the speed to strech the field. He has good hands from a receiving standpoint.I envision at his best at WR a steve smith type.4-5 years as a RB or 8-9 years as a WR?
