I met Kelvin Crenshaw last night at a Bar

Does anyone remember a Chiefs Wide Receiver named Kelvin Crenshaw ? He is an ATF agent now. I searched and can't find anything about him with the Chiefs. He said he was with the Chiefs When Christian Okoye and Barry Word played. I told him that was when I became a Chiefs fan. He didn't have much to say about Okoye but said he really liked Barry Word. I don't remember him.

I did find a funny link about him confiscating airsoft guns , saying they could be converted to machine guns.

That may be the case. My cousin was a walk on for the Denver Broncos and I can't find anything online mentioning that.

edit.
I just did a search and found something on my cousin, Jeff Lamb.

He is the third from the left on the back row.

Jeff Lamb (athlete), a winner of 12 varsity letters at BHSC from 1976 to 1980, quarterbacked the Yellow Jacket football team to its first outright SDIC title in 33 years. In his final season, the multi-talented athlete rushed and passed for 1,348 yards, bringing his career offensive total at BHSC to 4,378. His accomplishments on the field brought him recognition by the South Dakota Sports Writers as the 1979 Athlete of the Year. He was also selected as the conference’s most valuable player and to the NAIA All-District 12 team during his senior year. The versatile quarterback/runningback also led the SDIC in punting his final year with a 42.5-yard average. He signed a free agent-contract with the Denver Broncos in May of 1980. In basketball, Lamb was selected to the all-conference team in 1978 and 1979 and the NAIA All-District 12 team in 1979. His senior year he averaged 17.5 points and 7.8 rebounds a game. He shot 50 percent from the field and 78 percent from the free-throw line.

Heh, when I ran a Google search for Kelvin Crenshaw Chiefs, your thread was the first and only thing to come up.

I often tell people I played for the Chiefs, too. But I'm careful to confirm that I wasn't a kicker.

I remember watching you play during the 1992 season. You were doing good until the Nintendo locked up.

Just because you told Clark you're his cousin that doesn't obligate him to give you a free lap dance. Slip him a 20 and go from there.

If you go to Page 2 of this document, you'll see a reason to like Kelvin Crenshaw. https://acefiling.wicourts.gov/docum...sectionNo%5D=1

Statement of the facts
Carl Peterson (Peterson) and Kelvin Crenshaw
(Crenshaw) both alleged they were attacked. Each claimed
the other was the attacker. Each were taken to the hospital
with injuries. The State, however, believed Peterson’s story
and charged Crenshaw with: 1) first degree reckless injury,
while armed with a dangerous weapon, as habitual criminal;
2) attempted armed robbery, with use of force, as a habitual
criminal; 3) felon in possession of firearm, as a habitual
criminal; and 4) possession of a short barreled riffle, as a
habitual criminal. (R.2).

Peterson claimed he was walking his cousin’s pit bull
puppies when someone rode past him on a bike. (R.53 at 13-
17). That person quickly returned and stated “mother ****er,
give it up, old school.” (Id. at 18). Peterson was shot in the
chest and left bicep, alleging that this occurred when he
grabbed the gun from the robber. (Id. at 20). He stated the
robber had on orange shoes and a black hood, but could not
identify the robber’s face. (Id. at 21 & 27).

Crenshaw’s version of the event is much different.
(R.38; A-Ap.p.118-119). He was riding on his bike when
someone hit him with a hard object on the back of his head.
(Id.). When the shotgun was thrust into his face, he wrestled
the gun away from the robber and it discharged. (Id.). While
this was happening, the pit bulls attacked him. (Id.). He ran
from the persons who attacked him and got tangled up in the
fence. (Id.). He was taken to the hospital for a wound to his
head. (Id.).

The first officer who responded to the shooting saw
two men on the street - Peterson on the ground and an
unidentified man who stated: “I think he has been shot.”
(R.53 at 47-49). The officer saw the riffle on the ground,
along with an orange shoe and sweatshirt. (Id. at 50-51).
The two dogs were sitting next to Peterson. (Id. at 56). The
police used long metal poles with leashes to secure the dogs.
(Id. at 57-58).

The next two officers who arrived on the scene
observed Crenshaw in the bushes near a chain link fence. (Id.
at 71-72). Crenshaw was caught in the fence by a dog leash
and did not try to run. (Id. at 74 & 80). The police had to cut
him free. (Id.). They noticed Crenshaw was bleeding from
his leg and sent him to St. Mary’s Hospital. (Id.). Crenshaw
was wearing only one orange shoe and had what the officers
thought was a dog bite on his shoeless foot. (Id. at 78 & 80). 3

The gun that was recovered at the scene had part of its
stock and barrel cut away, making the length of the gun 22
inches. (R.53 at 97-98). The officer admitted it would be
difficult to possess this type of gun while riding a bike. (Id. at
108-109). However, the police did not recall that a bike was
recovered on the scene. (Id. at 108). No fingerprints were
found on the gun, and while DNA was taken from the gun, it
was not tested. (Id. at 117 & 119).
