16 years as the Oilers/Titans HC and he only the made the playoffs 6 times....just no.

Yeah and never saw a draw paly he never loved.

I've lived in Nashville for 8 years and saw Fisher first hand. Dude had his time. He got a free pass from the fanbase (mostly "true fans") because of one Super Bowl run 12 years ago.

And he drafted 2 QBs in 16 years, so what? While I won't try to say VY was a great or even good QB I will put forward that Fisher never utilized him to play towards his strengths. Mobile QB with a good ground game, you might mix in a designed roll out a time to ten but not Fisher.

I've always liked Fisher, and it's a little strange to see how many people are really opposed to him. Whether he's the best out there I don't know, but I have a hard time believing he'd be worse than any of the college coaches I keep hearing mention of. With a few exceptions his teams were usually pretty competitive from I remember. If our next coach has to be a good one then he's not a bad place to start.
