Chiefs offered Bowe in return for a 1st last night...
...and could find no takers.

Heard that on 810 this morning on the way to work. Don't have a link.

Don't give a crap if this is old news. Didn't see it anywhere.

Bowe is a good WR, nothing more, nothing less. One thing is certain, he is not worth top 5 money.

Besides, how would you feel if the team you played for contiuously started a piece of shit at QB, and that POS QB is directly tied to your production?

This is all speculation, but I think its more likely that Bowe was asking for a ridiculous contract submarining his value.

I don't see why we can't spend some money to lock up one of the best players on our team. We weren't approaching the cap last year, or this year, there's no reason why we couldn't have front-loaded a contract to pay the guy.
