Fantasy Baseball Keeper Question
I'm in an NL-only keeper league (auction) with 23 spots (9 pitchers + 14 position players) and a salary cap of $260.
I can keep a maximum of 10 players. Here are my players with what their 2014 salaries would be. My current intentions are after the salary. Thoughts? John Buck (C) 9 (DROP) Willin Rosario (C) 13 (KEEP) Anthony Rizzo (1B) 16 (DROP) Dan Uggla (2B) 10 (DROP) Chase Headley (3B) 12 (KEEP) Troy Tulowitzski (SS) 31 (DROP) Juan Uribe (3B) 7 (KEEP) Marlon Byrd (OF) 7 (DROP) Chris Denorfia (OF) 7 (DROP) Bryce Harper (OF) 41 (DROP) Gerardo Parra (OF) 5 (KEEP) Hunter Pence (OF) 18 (KEEP) Bronson Arroyo (P) 7 (DROP) Trevor Cahill (P) 8 (DROP) Andrew Cashner (P) 7 (KEEP) Dillon Gee (P) 7 (DROP) Jason Grilli (P) 7 (KEEP) Rafael Soriano (P) 17 (DROP) Adam Wainwright (P) 22 (KEEP) Cliff Lee (P) 23 (KEEP) If I did this, I would keep 4 pitchers and 5 hitters at a total of $102, leaving me $158 to draft 14 players at an average of just over $11. I wavered a bit on Pence and Cliff Lee. I also thought about keep Tulowitzski or Cahill. |
