haha - I could definitely do this and make it fun. I like review brah because he always gets really dressed up - it's a great gimmick for youtube. He's actually pretty fair though - doesn't sensationalize. Sort of bland in his comments - but somehow interesting. ha ha ha!

He recommended ketchup on hush puppies, man. He's got the awkward goofball innocence thing working for him. But I can't take any food advice from somebody who recommends ketchup on hush puppies. I just can't. The line must be drawn somewhere.

He was dead on w/ the tartar on the fish but not the chicken - I mean as far as what it (tartar) WAS designed for - although I'm not above using LJS tartar for chicken. I did say 'hmm' when he recommended the ketchup for the hushpuppies. It made sense I guess, but it's not something I'd do, at least with any consistency - I'd probably do the tartar on the puppies, myself.

What do you dip your hushpuppies in? I haven't had one since I was about 6 so never even pondered the best sauce.

What are these 'hush puppies' of which you speak?

Are you referring to the malt vinegar sponges?
