Thanks for the historical church info. Their website is interesting. We didn't know about or see this church. But a neat one to visit is Down Patrick in north Ireland. Reportedly the burial place of St Patrick. Although England also claims a burial of St. Patrick as well.

Indeed, a great stop, gardens are world class. But the lines of bus riding tourists wanting to kiss the stone is overload. Hope Ireland, Scotland and the UK can survive these turbulent times

We've visited the Blarney Castle as well, but did not get in line for the stone. The castle is surrounded by gorgeous botanical gardens. Also a woolen mill with shopping and a place to drink Guinness while the wife shops. Would recommend.
