I just called and they credited me $10/month for the next 6 months off of my Premium station subscription.

I called and told them that I wanted to take part in the new subscriber offer. I told them that I have been a loyal customer for 5 years and that they should take care of me. I said that SBC offers me the same deals as they offer their new customers and they should do so as well.

I wasn't getting anywhere until I told them that my brother just got the $10 off for 6 months deal and they gave it to me. Prior to calling my brother called me and told me they did it for him.
