PC help ......

OK, my daughter and sons PC's are infected with a few trojans that AVG and Norton did not find or pickup on....

Any body heard of these and what tools are needed to clean them up ?

1 pc has ......
JAVA BYTEVER.A
TROJ DENSMAIL.B

a total of 21 times, all in Temp Internet Files..... do you have to remove individual before dumping TIF 's ?

2nd pc has 22 ............
TROJ STILEN A
TROJ AGENT.AE
TROJ SMALL.IQ
TROJ SIBOCO.B
TROJ ISTBAR.O
TROJ ALCHEMIC.A
TROJ SMALL.KU
TROJ AGENT.EA
TROJ VUNDO.B

All in Temp.Internet Files ...............

I have found very little info on the cleaning them up...

Also, these pc's are setup on networked off my 2 office pc's in the house, they are clean, guess it goes to show the sites you visit attracks sh*t. Are my 2 office pc's under fire or could be attacked from these other 2 pc's while all connected together ? I'm think yes, since these things are already here, even thou I have a router and external firewall between them all .

Any help ?

If I were you I would just format my pc, then make sure you have a good firewall and a good anti virus program installed.
