Egg Drop Soup

Late last Thursday, I drunkenly ordered 24 cups of chicken broth off of Amazon with the intention of making egg drop soup.

It arrived this afternoon and I threw together a simple but pretty decent soup:

4 cups chicken broth
1/3 tsp powdered garlic
1/3 tsp powdered ginger
1/4 tsp black pepper
1-1/2 tbsp corn starch
2 stalks of green onion
2 large eggs

Now, I enjoyed my soup, but I still have 20 more cups of this broth. Does anybody have some suggestions for ways to jazz this shit up?

I could also use some tips on how to get longer egg strings in the soup. I poured the beaten eggs into the boiling soup while actively stirring, and I wonder if the fork broke up the strings before they had a chance to cook.

This is what I bought, and although it's "reduced sodium", eating a whole package at once still accounts for nearly 100% of the recommended daily value. I didn't add any salt because it didn't need any.

I'm 100% sure that you're ****ing with me, but I've thought about adding extra protein. The only problem is that I have no idea how to add meat (red, white or fish) to soup without completely overcooking it.

Get a cooking syringe like the one above. Suck up the egg and slowly press it out over boiling water in a circular motion...

Since you've already bought the broth, you don't really need to cook the chicken in the soup. Cook the veggies in the broth (season it, but not with more salt). Cook the chicken separately. Add the chicken at the end, not long before you add any noodles or rice.
