QB Tiers

I saw this in a post on Facebook... thought it was both spot on and kind of funny with how they listed it out.

I think you're getting lost in the nomenclature...

Man, Sam Darnold is below average for sure, but surely he's not the WORST starting QB out there.

Poor guy.

I quoted these. Penguinz beat me to it. The love fest for Herbert is weird.

Wilson is probably higher. But he had some really bad games down the stretch. Remains to be seen if that’s Russ or the Seahags.

If I could have any QB other than Mahomes, it would be Herbert. Better than Allen, Rodgers and Brady at this point. Way better than Burrow.

Despite the MVPs, I don’t think Rodgers is quite what he used to be. I don’t see him consistently making the plays that Herbert did in the 2nd half of that Vegas game. That was an absurd display of talent. Rodgers tends to wilt in the big games.

Even more so I think you hit it spot on. Rodgers reminds me a lot of Peyton manning with Indy. Always the season league MVP but come playoff time he just drops turds or plays well but doesn’t play as well as the other guy.

The one time he won the SB in 2011 his receiving corps was stacked!

WR greg Jennings
WR Donald driver
WR jordy Nelson
WR James Jones
TE Jermichael Finley.

I mean that receiving corps was nasty.

I'd rather call them stars than superstars. Mahomes, Rodgers, Brady are superstars.

Allen just needs one more year of elite production/playoff wins.

Burrow, Herbert, Russell, Kyler, Lamar, Stafford are all stars.
