has anybody got an opinion about dr.s who think that just because they have a degree to their name they can run over top of those of us who do the 'dirty work' and take advantage of us?

I agree, but it happens in EVERY workplace, from car sales to hospitals, to factories, even when I drove a truck you would get other truckers on their CB's saying things. It happens everywhere it just isn't reported very often.

thats what i thought too...but see this employee didnt say anything the night it actually happened...they actually waited til the next night...now the employee is anticipating the 'talk' thats going down in a few hours...

thats why it keeps happening...it doesnt get reported...and when it is not too many ppl believe the person reporting it...

no no...im saying the employee is too scared and uncomfortable to talk about what happened to her...she's had things like this happen to her in the past before, but when she reported it, no one believed her, so she didn't know whether or not to say anything this time, and now that she has, she has to go through with everything...

The choice is pretty simple.Either pursue it fully through the hospital and
possibly the courts......or,let him just keep getting away with it.
