Oh, ok. At Florida people do it towards the end of a game either a) when up by a big lead that won't be surmounted or b) when the game is essentially over. The intent is to tell the visiting team fans to 'get out their keys and go home'.

At KSU in the mid 90's the fans jangled keys before the opening and 2nd half KO's. Was pretty cool hearing that. Remember well when USC came to Manhattan. Their fans loved it.
