And it's not even close.

Last night I was watching Hockey Night In Canada with Don Cherry and Ron Maclean; Don Cherry expressed a valid point in that there is an injustice going on with respect to selecting all-stars.

He pointed out that Moustakas is in the lead because it's the people in Kansas City that are giving him a gazillion votes, meanwhile, Donaldson is top 10 in the majors in RBIs, HRs, doubles, runs scored and in slugging percentage.

Fielding wise, Moustakas couldn't hold Donaldsons jock. Now is this deserving that Moustakas deserves to be ahead of Donaldson in voting when Donaldson outclasses him defensively and in a helluva lot of statistical categories.

Guys, you know this system is ****ing bullsh*t okay? Donaldson is the better player and deserves to be in there over Moustakas. You guys are voting him in there because he is your boy. This voting system on choosing all-stars is a reflection of extreme biases and favoritism. The people of Kansas City blew that out of proportion. It's just so unfair.

And yeah, Dustin Pedroia might be a smidge better then Omar Infante as well, but apparently nobody in Bah-stin can be bothered to vote for him.

I don't work for the league office and don't ask me for solutions.

If fans on this board have discussed this before and agreed on it, but still showed biases and favoritism towards their own players, then theyre just contradicting themselves.

Well, it is kinda unfair that Toronto doesn't have access to the internet and can't vote their guy in. Wait, what's that? They do? And they have a far greater population than Kansas City does?

The amount of vaginal discharge from both the media and fans over a ****ing all-star game is both hilarious and grotesque. This is what you get when you allow FANS to vote. You are straight reeruned if you didn't understand what I was posting. The system is flawed, make it noticeable, make the MLB change something about it. When you appeal to casual fans, like all sports are doing, this is what happens.
