The best offense ever assembled?

If Tyreek is able to play for KC this year and Hardman is who the coaches are indicating he might be (Mix of Chad Johnson and Desean Jackson) then, this offense is going to be better than last year and quite simply, in conversation for the best offense ever assembled.

MVPat
Sherman
Williams/Thompson
Hill 2x first team all pro
Watkins
Hardman
Kelce best tight end in the league
Good offensive line.

Who’s better?

99 rams?
Warner
Faulk
Bruce
Holt
Proehl
Roland Williams
Good OL

07 Pats?
Brady
Maroney
Moss
Welker
Stallworth
Ben Watson
Good OL

98 Vikings?
Cunningham
Smith
Miss
Carter
Reed
Glover
Good OL

2013 Broncos?
Manning
Moreno
Decker
Welker
Thomas
Thomas
Ok ol

1998 Broncos?
Elway
TD
Mccaffery
Smith
Sharpe
Griffith

Change my mind, but I’m going into this season thinking this could be the absolute best offense ever fielded in the NFL.

Your team is hot garbage and will get beat by every team in the division.

Probably twice.

We’ll certainly rank right up there among the all timers

Williams is no Marshall Faulk, but with Hill back we do have our Bruce and Holt, with Hardman in the “you can’t cover ALL this speed” Az Hakim role... not to mention they didn’t have anything close to a Travis Kelce

I'm as big a fan of Mahomes/Kelce/Hill/& co. as anyone, but are we really trying to rank the haven't-played-a-single-down-together-this-year 2nd edition of this offense to the greatest Os of all time?

I'm hoping Spags D lives up to at least 2/3rds of its potential, Mahomes ends up throwing 35-38 TDs, but because of the improved D the offense doesn't have to score on every possession, and we finally get into the SB in my lifetime. Maybe after that I'll look at whether the Chiefs O was one of the all time greats.

It’s a month and a half from camp on a Chiefs message board. Last year was a top 10 all time offense and we upgraded. If you don’t think it’s worthy of conversation, move along.

Improved D doesn’t mean you stop scoring (until late). It means you start winning games 42-17 instead of 42-39. An aggressive D is only going to lead to more possessions and more points. The fact that the Chiefs put up the offensive numbers they did with Sutton’s bend and break, get-dominated-in-TOP defense just made it more impressive.

I won’t be at all surprised if they have more yards and points this year.

That's 8 games there against teams with a collective record of 20-44. The NFC west was total trash at the time.

Plus the 4-12 bengals. The 2-14 Browns. 8-8 Lions. 7-9 Giants. 6-10 bears. 5-11 Eagles.

Might be the easiest schedule in history.

Maybe the easiest schedule in NFL history. When they ran up against a good team they were average at best.

Chiefs supply is HUUGE! We put the cartel to shame. All the Raiders have is @ss whooping after whooping coming to them. Enjoy smoking failure.

It is definitly a possibility but there is no way the Browns have a better offense on paper if Hill is available.

The Chiefs have clearly the better QB, a much much better TE, probably a better OL and a better coach.

The WRs are a push.

They have better RBs, sure. No Mahomes, no Kelce.

Hill
Watkins
Kelce
Hardman
Pringle

It's honestly not even close. Hill is the best weapon in the league regardless of position.
