No, nothing will ever be that bad here. Katrina wasn't just a bad storm is was a civic failure dating back to he cities inception.
This is however a storm that will rival Andrew maybe.

If this one had come ashore where it was predicted to 24 hours earlier, you would have had 15 feet of water go into a metro area of 4 million people.
