Hopkins trade is officially a 5th

What's interesting about this is whether or not his snaps go up significantly now that this is set in stone.

It’s quite clear why the rest of the league and their fans hate us. This organization is just savage in every conceivable way. They will find any advantage they can and milk it dry.

No matter how much you think you appreciate what we’ve seen the past 7 years, you really don’t appreciate it enough. It won’t be possible to fully do so until it’s over, that’s what sucks about these things. It’s been such a blur, too. It all just blends together.

It’s been so exhausting as a fan, I can’t imagine the toll it’s taken on the men behind it all. These guys dedicate themselves to a level no other team does, and that’s what makes all the disrespect that much more irritating. What the Chiefs have done is nothing short of incredible. We are on the verge of being possibly a top 5 sports dynasty of all time in my book. That’s just amazing to think about.

I want them to win this one completely for themselves. I don’t need anymore as a fan, I’ve seen all I could ever need. They deserve to win it to shut these pathetic haters up for good.

That was before week 18. He was so close to getting those incentives, but didn't get near the amount of playing time he should have. Hopefully this didn't piss him off or anything.
I don't think he gives a shit about that, tbh. I have to believe he wants a ring because he knows his career is on the stage of decline.

This is most likely his best opportunity to get a ring. If he can win a ring, that bolster his HOF chances.

Reid has been around a long time. Hopkins has been around too.

I sincerely doubt Reid did something like this without making sure Hopkins was on board.

Maybe there’s even a handshake deal to bring Hop back if they win it all this year or something.

He was only averaging 2.5 catches and 29 yards per game in Tennessee. The only reason he got close to the numbers is because of what he did in KC. And he wasn't likely to get to any of them playing in week 18. So I think everyone's cool.

Actually he was over 50% going into the last week. I wonder if he had to be active for it to bring it down below 50% or if it would have if he was declared inactive.

Hopkins has flown under the radar recently with the 1 seed, LT stuff, and Hollywood coming back. I love thinking about how this all-time great wr is getting the chance he has been waiting for.

I just looked it up. He's made about $140M for his career. Yeah. I think that he can quit worrying about money and just chase a ring now.
