It’s 63, 66 and 95 that has my curiosity. I think those picks are best served boosting the offense adding a RB and WR.

I think double-dipping at DL and drafting 2 weapons is the best play for those first 4 picks
I hope this is the plan as well. It’s the one that makes the most sense given the class of DL and the value of rbs in the middle rounds.

It's me, I'm People.

Giving Mahomes this lineup at WR

- Rice
- Worthy
- Hollywood
- Burden/Egbuka
- JuJu
- Remigio

would be nightmare fuel for defensive coordinators. I understand that comes with the caveat of fixing the damned line in front of him (and coaching him back up to not stare at the pass rush), but it's not a bad idea giving Mahomes the strongest WR room he's had since '19 or '20.

Honestly, we're actually in a great position in this draft, minus the fewer picks. Our moves so far in free agency opens up all the draft possibilities; you'd be able to make an argument that whichever position they draft at 31 was the right move for the team at that spot for this season. Conerly/Simmons makes perfect sense, as does taking Harmon/Nolen, one of the wideouts, or any of the defensive backs. It's a good spot to be in.

The WR thing, I’ll get if they take one especially if they think the Rice suspension will be worse than we hope for, but it just stinks to think you take a guy at 31 who is most likely not going to see more than 20% of snaps and even the year after is likely WR3…

Just won’t love the impact it would have on winning. I want a WR though in the draft no question.

A stud RB would be a game changer both this year and years to follow. Would impact the way teams have to defend us even more than having a third WR (really fourth in the case of 2025).

Agreed on RB. The good news is that this draft is apparently SO deep at running back that a guy you're describing could be sitting there in the third round for us, possibly later. Giving Mahomes a legit weapon on slants, screens, and wheel routes out of the backfield would open up so damned much for this offense that taking a wideout first or early in this draft might not be necessary. But man, I really REALLY want to get another glimpse of 5K and 50TD Mahomes again, and a strong WR room is a big piece of that.

Again, I'll be good with our pick at 31. Could you imagine Harmon lined up next to Chris Jones working with Omenihu, Tillery, and Karlaftis on that line? Or knowing that our LT of the future in Conerly is waiting in the wings? It's going to be fun whoever the pick is, but I'm ready for prime Mahomes being loaded up with firepower.

Agreed. Would love to get Jeff Bassa from Oregon in the 4th round, if he’s available, to match up with TE’s. He’s very athletic and great in coverage, a converted Safety.

Would be a nice chess piece for Spags D to use with certain matchups (Buffalo and Baltimore first and foremost)

With Allen, at least he generally plays really well in the playoffs.

Buffalo has routinely been bounced in the Divisional round.

Let's not crown them when the best they have done in 5 years is beat a more talented Ravens team that choked worse than they did.

Zero game winning drives in the playoffs.
