The "earth's natural vibration" is the Schumann Resonance. Between the earth and ionoshphere (the atmosphere) is considered a "chamber" where lighting strikes vibrate electromagnetic waves throughout (they're trapeed in that area) causing a "vibration" at around 7.83hz, that's constant.
