Scientists map massive underground structures beneath the Giza Pyramid

Going 650 METERS BELOW

WITH ADDITIONAL STRUCTURES EVEN FARTHER DOWN!

This is crazy. Clearly an alien base.

This article points out something that makes this even more ridiculous. I was wondering how these guys got permission to scan the area with ground penetrating radar. Turns out they didn't. Their scans were done from 420 miles above the Earth.

Quote:
During the press briefing, the team explained that they sent radar signals from two satellites, positioned about 420 miles above Earth, into the Khafre Pyramid, allowing them to analyze how the signals bounced back. Pictured are hidden structures identified inside the pyramid
These yahoos are claiming they used radar from satellites. Too see thousands of feet underground. That's simply not possible. Which was also pointed out by a radar expert in the same article.

Quote:
Hawass was backed up by Professor Lawrence Conyers, a radar expert at the University of Denver who focuses on archaeology, who told DailyMail.com that it is not possible for the technology to penetrate that deeply into the ground, making the idea of an underground city 'a huge exaggeration.'
Typical BS from Claytard.

The repeating pattern of the "columns" makes me wonder if there's some equipment vibration or atmospheric interference that didn't get corrected for. Wasn't there some astronomy lab that excitedly announced a regular pattern of pulses coming from outer space, only to learn later that it was the microwave in their break room causing interference?

If it's radar, what do the different colors represent? More or less signal return? Are we supposed to assume that this indicates density?

LOL at ChiefsPlanet suddenly becoming experts in exotic sensor technology. Easy search shows me they do in fact use this to build complex data and imagery on underground structures in desert environments.

You nor I have any idea what "L Band SAR" can task in that environment.

Maybe just read your own source. Sand penetration is less than 5m. And that is from shuttle based radar which is more powerful than satellite based radar.

I would presume it's something density-related, though I know far less about this than I do about football.
