Questions and Observations

1. Kimble looked pretty good for his first game back. It's about time he was given the ball.

2. Cloud is our only runner with enough speed to turn the corner.

3. Why wasn't a flag thrown on Cloud's TD run? He carried the defender on his facemask the final 5 yards.

4. There must be a new rule that allows Pro Bowl corners to ride piggy back on rookie receivers in the red zone and not get called for it.

5. Waving your finger in the air is taunting?

6. Thank God Kitna doesn't have a strong arm or else that final pass is a TD and not an INT.

7. If Derrick Alexander doesn't take his customary half season off we could actually make a legitimate playoff run.

8. Elvis can throw a rocket into triple coverage when his confidence is up.

9. Thank you Sean Alexander for that fumble. Without it you'd have kept your confidence and run roughshod over us for another drive or two.

10. I think our DL should be given Prozac for the first drive of every game, they are always jumpy and committing too many costly penalties. That first drive reminded me of the Denver meltdown a bit.

11. Way to throw that red flag Gunther, it saved the game.

12. Dante Hall looked a lot more comfortable.

13. Jimmy Raye 3 good games.

Good analysis, but I have to differ with you on #2.

The RBBC still sucks...It really looked like Richardson, Anders or Cloud could have gotten in a nice rhythm and put up some nice numbers had they been given a chance.

I still can't understand the committee, though it seemed to work last night. Cloud started with three good runs, then went to the bench, TR had a couple no gains, and we almost totally started passing. After we caught them flat footed on the Alexander play, all of our runners looked good. Confusing to say the least. I was surprised Moreau got no carries. But did you notice, he was the RB, when Elvis hit Alexander on the big play.

Just Few things I observed (watching TV)

Very few Blimp shots showing Arrowhead and the 'K' together.

The penalties HAVE to be addressed, or we may not be so lucky next time.

Grbac is finally getting some credit and face time now that our ground game is inconsistent.

I dont know if I want to punch Gun or kiss him.

We never ran the ball at the right time in the 1st half.

We cant let opposing teams run up the middle.

I'm even more frightened about the prospect of the Rams coming to town.

Stoyanovich must be gone after this season. In fact, I fired him last night.

Cat was interfered with on a pass attempt and it wasn't called. The defender hit him like 2 seconds before the ball arrived.

I already hate this "taunting" rule.

I went to bed with a headache an an uneasy feeling. I only had 3 beers.

I was proud of the KC fans and their noise, Arrowhead was the center of the universe last night.

OBTW Gonzalez's catch was one of the best I've ever seen.

1. I don't watch "stoygonamiss" any more. I just know he's not going to make it. Xtra points even make me nervous.

2.Hicks is a heck of an end for an UFA.

3.I thought Kimble was done, and he looked pretty good last night.

4. Cloud didn't look too bad either.

5. The recievers are making some Awesome catches.

6. Elvis is starting to win me over...i've still been a little skeptical...be he is getting the job done well.

chief_red_pants, on your blimp comment, I was at the game, and the blimp wasn't. We kept looking for it until we finally figured out they were just using a helicopter for the overhead shots. Pretty weak, huh?

yep, you can get better shots w/ blimps. They provide a more stable platform. I was anxiously awaiting a shot showing Truman Complex from directly overhead so America could see that we got it right back in 1973!

But I never saw the shot I was looking for...ABC did not take advantage of the opportunities that Truman provide. They did however have some nice bumper shots of downtown and the Plaza ( the later were not Helecopter shots).
