Gifts for Groomsmen
I'm getting married in 3 weeks, but have no idea what I should get for my groomsmen. What is a reasonable amount to spend, and what would be a good idea??

For my groomsmen I paid for a round of golf the day before the wedding and bought them each individually selected gifts of reasonable cost. I spend the most on the guy who traveled the furthest. One of my closest friends is a jarhead buddy out of Boston.

I went with the engraved money clip. Just about as cliche as you can get. I would have done flasks, but all of my buddies already had about 3 apiece.

Well, I got married very young, we apparently didn't do anything right, inculding buying gifts for the groomsmen.

...since then, all my friends have gotten married and all of them bought gifts...once I got a monogrammed bowling shirt...not much of a bowler, but it's actually a pretty cool shirt...I got a flask once, which gets plenty of use, I got a really nice pocket knife, a drink mixing set, and a couple other things which escape me. Hell, I think I have only been in one wedding, and I don't have a damn clue what I bought. I didn't know till the last minute that I was supposed to buy something so I picked them all up some nice hats, 2 Chiefs Fans and 1 Donk fan. Then for my Best Man I bought him one of those statue's of the Brain, from Pinky and the Brain which was, "the best groomsman present EVER!". LOL!
