Lamar Hunt Memorial

I went to the service today. It was very nicely done. Three of his four children spoke about their Dad. Quite a few of the players from the past were there. Marty and Donnie Edwards paid their respects.

Not many fans showed up....

sounds like it was nice, I would of loved to have gone to the one in dallas...but work, a xmas party at school for the little one and a basketball tourney with the 16 year old kept me from attending..

That is a pretty bad showing. You figure more people would show up, though I can understand a lower turnout because it is a really tough week to get off of work, and people are angry about the Chiefs. But that still isn't an excuse.
