LJ's current trade value?

During his contract dispute prior to the '07 season, the rumor was that the Packers were offering a 1st rounder for the tippy-toeing, easy to tackle former pro-bowler.

Any thoughts on what kind of compensation LJ would command now?

I'm guessing a 2nd rounder from a desperate team if we were lucky.

In all fairness to LJ the Oline isn't the same as old ... LJ is a power-back he needs blocking to open up lanes ... Truthfully the day of the power-back is over .. Dlinemen are bigger faster quicker react time, same with the LBers ... The smaller quick cutting RBs are the only way to O scheme ....

we never should of given that prima donna douche bag a new contract to begin with.

anyone with a brain could see it coming a mile down the road

1. tons of carries
2. crappy attitude
3. unwillingness to do learn to do the little things like block
4. pouty when stuff doesn't go right

jesus ..... they should of traded him or just let him play out his contract and hit the road.

LJ's value a couple years back
1. Solid first round pick

LJ's value after huge work load and injury
2. High second round pick

LJ's value while attatched to a grossly huge contract, diminished ability, and lousy attitude
3.Little to nothing, unless McFadden and Fargas both blow out their knees, The Raiders would pay up for him and he'd fit in good.

Afraid not Bush put 90 yards on you guys in part time work. There are many who think he is going to breakout this year

The guy's stock has fallen to AIG levels.
That's a nice list, but hell, IMO, you need to look no further tahn the Chiefs roster to find a back that I would take over LJ.

Both Kolby Smith and Jamal Charles have better patience and vision, and are equal to or better than LJ as receivers, and are, or will be, better blockers.

LJ's value is worth about a 30 pack of Natty lights and a signed JayZ CD.
