Tom Cable predicts Raiders will make the playoffs

Tom Cable Predicts The Raiders Will Make The Playoffs

Oakland Raiders head coach Tom Cable said the Raiders will be a playoff team in the near future. "The Oakland Raiders are back. They're back. We're going to go win football games and we're going to be a playoff team. You hear me? I'm not afraid to say that. All that negative aura, it's done. It's our time now," Cable said.

What I want, is the equivalent of every Chief marching across the field, removing their helmets as they walk, marching right up to the opposition sideline, picking a singular target, and taking said removed helmet to the skull of the man in front of them with a three-foot wind up.

DCS don't mind gettin' D-Day on mother****ers.

In Oakland we have:
-A 60 million dollar arm that couldn’t hit water if he fell out of the ****en boat
We’ve had as many QB’s as coaches in the last 5 years

- A multi million dollar running back who sit’s out games with "Turf Toe"???
Give me a ****en break here, there’s tonnes of folks on CP who have worked in worse shape and STILL done their job’s, tell a Navy Seal to sit out a mission with "turf toe"

- A front line that looks like a seniors day pick nick
We shuffeled Gallary around so much he didn’t know if he was a nose tackel or wide out

- WR’s that couldn’t hold on to a falling snow flake and at times resemble high honor graduates from the "Rickey Duddly school of football catching"
Ok, we HAD, Porter, Rice, Moss,Brown just to name a few, and didn’t have the arm to get to them. Now we have an arm, 50% of the time, too bad his 50% accuracy can’t hook up with our WR’s 50% catch rate

- An owner stuck in 1984, 1981, 1976 (take your pick) determined to destroy a franchise which at times has appeared legendary.

And were playoff material?
Holy **** Cable, send me a gram or 2 of what ever your smoking , no, make that a pound!

I predict the Raiders make the playoffs within 5 years of Grandpa Al's death.

Once he's gone, that franchise has the same chance everyone else has.

With him calling the shots, they don't.

In all honesty if they can get a left tackle they might be something. It's really a miracle they could move the ball at all given the status of their offensive line. I don't think you can really evaluate J. Russell until you get him some pass protection.

I wouldn't trade places with them. Yeah, they had that one popcorn fart season where they made the super bowl and got flushed in the first quarter. That's not quite what I have in mind for the Chiefs.

I wouldnt either. Al Davis is holding that Franchise back big time. If he wasnt around and someone else was in control, that franchise would be very successful. People despite us Chiefs fans hating the Raiders would love to play for that team.

Also, i am pretty sure right now any Chiefs fan would just love to win a play off game right now. lol
