So I know this is a football forum, but its the off-season, so I'm hoping this is okay.

There's a girl at work that's driving me insane. She flirts with me non-stop, and then says she doesn't want a relationship. That's cool... I'm not exactly into dating right now either. But then she teases me non-stop. She was telling me all sorts of intimate details about herself (even what she sounds like when she orgasms!), and then the next minute she's really standoffish, like doesn't want to go see a movie.

So she's a "coquette," or a c*ck tease. I see this, and I'm okay with it. But I'm trying to steer clear of getting involved with this girl, and now she's all calling me up and stuff... Its driving me insane! I wish women could be understood. All I want to know is what the hell is going on...

So any other guys out there, if you feel the need to vent about a girl (wife, gf, girl at work, hot chick at bar) who is really making your life crap, lets hear about it. I think a good emotional cleansing is good for the soul.

Truthfully, as a psych minor, she seems super insecure and overcompensating by giving guys sexual attention.

This is what 95% of women do. Here's a basic rule of psychology that will never steer you wrong in any type of relationship:

What people want more than anything is to feel important. If you find out what makes a person feel important, you can extrapolate a lot of other information. You've already made her feel important by asking her out, listening to her slutty stories, etc. Now just dial it way back and make her work harder each time she tries to gain your approval. In a week, she'll be begging for your attention. The problem is, you'll be sick of her in a month, and that will just make her want you more.

here's a cliche , but keep it real with her talk to her like you do with one of your buds when they do something stupid and you want to constructively correct it. She'll stop and respect you for manning up and **** the shit out of you, or feel belittled because she can't control you. Either way problem solved
