If we got higher and Suh was available, I would go for him. He is a once a decade DT. I just cannot see him being a bust. He is like a man among boys on the football field.

I like your thinking, but we would have to be #1 overall in 2011 to get Locker the way it sounds. That is why I am promoting Clausen this year... and hoping Locker changes his mind. Next year, I hope we are no where near the top of the draft.

It's gotten to the point where someone needs to start a thread clearly explaining that Suh is a goddamn 5 technique in a 34 defense.

Either way would be fine. It sure would be nice to have a top notch QB. Of the two I think I would prefer getting Locker next year because it would get the young QB "growing pains" out of the way and put the Chiefs closer to contention more quickly(assuming Locker pans out).

I think Gabbert and Barkley both look like they can and will be solid NFL QBs. I have not seen enough of Harris to have an informed opinion of him yet.

There are two spread QB's in the history of the league that have been successful. The odds are overwhelmingly against a spread QB succeeding.

He could easily play on the other side of the 3-4 from Hali, and be a lot better at it.
