1 year report card

The Chiefs are coming up on the 1 year mark under new management and am wondering what everyone thinks of Clark and Pioli after year 1 PC (post-Carl). With the hiring of new coordinators these last couple of weeks I have to say I am encouraged by their pace. With a couple of notable exceptions they seem to be much quicker to identify and address problems. There was a revolving door for players to "try-out" but if they didn't shine right away they were gone. It didn't help that all that was out there were pactice squad players and other team cast-offs. I don't ever remember the Chiefs hiring new coaches while the post-season was still in full swing. Carl would still be on vacation at this point. Statistically, the Chiefs team was the same rankings-wise as last year but they won 4 games instead of 2.

Polls should be public.

I'm fairly certain that this thread needed to be created, cause I'm fairly certain no one has even begun to express their opinions on the subject in the last 12 months.

C.. Just because I expected them to fail and only win 2-4 games.. Would have been higher grade but the offensive playcalling the first half killed it for me.. But hopefully a good draft and more improvement next year will catapult us to a playoff win..

Delete the thread then. I didn't realize all the folks here think that the Chiefs are worse off now than when Carl was running the show.

I voted B. One thing I can say is, at least it appears as though the new management is giving it an effort with signing big name coordinators...

Last year's draft and Haley's immaturity were disappointing but they weeded out some crap and made some adjustments. They upgraded the coordinators significantly(hopefully) and if they can draft well this year then they should have us going in the right direction.
