Reminds me of Dave Meggett. Reggie Bush-lite best scenario.

I can see it now, play action fake to Charles and bootleg pass to McCluster. If he's really as quick as he looked we're going to flat wear the other team out just having them try to cover him. Those two could be a fun combo to watch this year.

This was pretty much my first thought. He wasn't a guy I had thought of as a Chief (mainly because he didn't fit a need), but I'm a huge fan already. I certainly wouldn't want to be responsible for designing an offense to stop Charles & McCluster (and maybe Bowe?).

I might be wrong, but I think Bowe's major contribution to this season will be making blocks downfield for Charles and McCluster. I'm willing to bet that both of them have better hands than Bowe.

I won't be a believer until I see him take a few crushing hits and stay in the game. If he's really going to be a slot receiver he's gonna take a beating out there. I hope he's sturdy enough for that. I do agree with the "wow" part though. Not being one who watches a lot of college football I didn't know much about him until now and his highlight video is fun to watch.

You may be right, but I hope they give Bowe a chance to be a weapon in this offense. The guy's got talent, but needs to put it all together this year. It's a big year for Bowe and I hope he knows it and I hope the coaches can get the most out of him.

Better hope you're wrong. Bowe may not be a Pro-Bowler, but he can be a 1000 yard/8 TD type of guy. If he's not being used as a down-field threat then, Charles and McCluster are going to be the dink-and-dunk guys, and people will just sit on that.

Oh, and I still can't stand this pick, or the one after it. We are missing some big pieces on this team that you need just to be able to line up and play the game.

Maybe if we tie this fruit and that Arenas fruit together they could play NT.

Doesn't the SEC have hordes of NFL players every year? They have lots of big and fast guys that I'm sure have given Dexter a shot. It's not like he dominated at Pitt St. He was dominating in the best conference in the country, playing against NFL caliber defensive players. He's proven he can carry a load, take a shot and come back for more.

Arenas is a head scratcher, but I hope you will be man enough to openly eat crow when Dexter starts putting points on the board for you guys.

Precisely. He played 26 straight games as a starting RUNNING BACK for 2 years against the toughest and fastest defenses in the NCAA. Dude can take a hit.

Look at that little Meggett run!!!

Good pick, guy could be another Dante Hall. I like some of the blocks he threw too. He's not afraid to hit somebody.

I haven't looked but he's gonna wear 22? I'm excited about McCluster.
