Religion in Kc/football/sports/
The Sheffield injury was awful, but I thought it was very cool to see the players go out on the field in prayer. In our culture and media today we seldom see religious expression and I was rather proud to see my favorite team, in a sport I love so much, do this.

I couldn't help but wonder if an injury occured on a movie set whether the cast and crew would have done the same.

Very happy to see that he is alright.

I really don't get the people that seem to literally sprint to their keyboards to say how stupid and lame religion is at every opportunity here. It just comes across as so bitter, petty, and repetitive.

That is and has been less and less of a truth than you might believe. Modern media is pushing so far away from any form of religious expression that its not even funny. They are so afraid that they might offend someone that they try to avoid it and when they (news anchors) do talk about it t they completely avoid the use of the word "God"
