Berry is a bust

Two days in a row Petro has beat this drum. He's just burying Eric Berry (Berry-ing him?)

Good grief.

Berry has been awesome in his first two games. The mistakes he made were more about learning where he needs to be. He will get those. What I watch is the fact that he goes all out, sells out every play. When he does make a mistake he makes it at full speed. This is what he should be doing. He never looks tentative.

So when he gets the mental aspect of playing at the NFL level down he's going to be Reed and Polamalu.

Supposedly Union Broadcasting is in financial trouble, so maybe he's trying to inject some life.

It sounds to me like he's just trying to walk back some of the nonsense from Chiefs fans.

Right up above a couple of inches Berry has been anointed the best player in the draft - just like Dorsey, DJ, Tait, and every other KC rookie who's ever made a play. I've read elsewhere that Berry is the combination of three Hall-of-Famers - because he made a tackle. LOL

I didn't hear a point. What I heard was a guy who was trying to convince everybody listening that Berry was a horrible player who was getting burned on every play and was never going to play like Patrick Willis (that's where the rant began).

This based on two games. Which happen to be the two of the best defensive games the Chiefs have played in probably a decade, even with the two plays that Barry was burned on.

I wouldn't even post about it if there was anything even remotely logical about it. I'm one of the guy's biggest fans (Petro, that is). But it was hilarious listening.

Possibly because everyone wanted Berry and no one outside of the war room at One Arrowhead had Jackson as a top 5 pick.

So, ah, if you hate it so much, why are you listening?
