I don't care how bad people think Cassel is, if you think Palko is equal then I don't know what to say.

Yeah, I understand that. If the o-line continues to play like they did in the pre-season, Palko isn't likely to be the reason the Chiefs lose. If they play better, I don't think Palko will kill them, at least in the first game.

Palko is garbage. But while I grew to like Cassel a little more throughout the year, the Chiefs still won games even though Cassel was complete garbage early on.

If the Chiefs commit to running the ball early, often, and always, they stand a chance. Problem is, Buffalo's a lot better than they get credit for. They lost a lot of games last year but kept it close in a lot of their games.

Not looking good. Even if Cassel plays, I think we're all underestimating how brutal an injured rib is for a guy who makes his living throwing a ball.

What burns me is that on the play that Cassel got hurt it looked like Wiegmann and Hudson just stopped blocking. It was like they said 'the ball should be gone by now so let's just stop now' then Raji splits the double team and belly flops on Cassel. That is effort and stupidity. How the hell does a intelligent veteran and a hard-charging rookie screw up the two things they should all about ... smarts and effort.
