Name 'em, and where will they go in the draft?

I'm no expert, but it seems these 5 may be locks for the first round:
1. Luck (duh)
2. Barkley (USC)
3. Jones (Oklahoma)
4. Moore (Boise St.)
5. RG3 (Baylor)

lol #1 pick attracts a lot of interest. Pioli could get the coach of his choosing easily. If I were Luck I'd want to get picked by KC more than the other contenders for the pick. Charles, Bowe, Baldwin (potential is there, we don't know) Moeaki (if he can stay healthy), awesome fan base, etc. KC is by far the best place for Luck to end up. I've already got a bet with my friend that IF we draft Luck we will go 11-5.

Yeah I'm that sure about him. And he doesn't even have to control the games at that point. We'd still be a running team first.
