There is a big difference, Divac waits for contact to flop, Horry doesn't need the contact he just flops. And, don't play naive, Horry flops are as common as Divac's.

Don't forget Kobe, he is a flopper on the three point line. Put a hand in his face and he will flop. Many shooters will flop to try and get to the line.

I guess the difference between the Lakers and the Kings is the Kings wait for the contact to flop. The only reason Divac has a reputation is Shaq crys to the media and refs because everytime he lowers a shoulder Divac will go down on contact. But, at least there is contact.
