I think he's a tough kid, and he's playing well. If they coach him well and surround him with some more talent, I think they'll be in the mix every year.

I actually wonder if he can be groomed into a big ben. Seem to be a lot of similarities especially with how their career started as a game manager. Not as hard to tackle as big ben, but moves a little better.
