This is my line of thinking as well. This is a tight team and most of these guys are smart enough to realize what they have here.

Grab a couple extra million and sign with the Jets, watch your career slip away taking Ls for a few years OR sign here for a little less and become a Hall of Famer constantly chasing Super Bowls!

You could easily make up that money in the playoffs and endorsements. Having a blast the whole time.
