Cops are trained in de-escalation. Sure, only a fraction retain that training and employ it in the field. These shitbags get an F.

In FLorida you are required to roll down your window at a traffic stop. Tyreek was being uncooperative and was giving the cop attitude about tapping his window too hard (which the cop wasn't). I agree the cops used a bit excessive force though once they pulled him out of the vehicle. Last thing you want to do is piss off a cop.
