I couldn't figure out why in the hell Richardson was in on the play he fumbled:

Q: On Tony Richardson’s fumble, I question why Derrick Blaylock or Larry Johnson wasn’t in there.
VERMEIL: “Tony Richardson would normally go in many times because he’s our best pass protector. We had a mix-up, that’s all, a break down in communication in the whole scenario which can happen. It happens maybe once a game but that was critical. You’ve got different coaches involved, a guy on a headset with (offensive coordinator) Al (Saunders) and other coaches that are watching for personnel because we keep our personnel separate on the sideline so they can’t make defensive calls early. It got screwed up.”
Q: Should Derrick Blaylock been in the game or was he hurt?
VERMEIL: “No, no. Larry (Johnson) was supposed to be in there. But it could have been…just take it as it is.”
