The Browns would be happy to take the first- and third-round picks they'd receive when Anderson signs an offer sheet, and appoint Brady Quinn as their 2008 starting QB.

I just saw on ESPN that Anderson is going to pass on a long term deal because he thinks that a team will sign him to an offer sheet.
Who in the hell is going to give up a 1st and 3rd for Derek ****ing Anderson?
