I read a NY Times book review from 2010 that quoted a music history professor at Florida State, who interviewed Little Richard about his music. Little Richard told him the song “Tutti Frutti,” his 1955 breakthrough hit, is best described as “a paean” to anal sex that helped transform him into “a cultural icon on the scale of the founding fathers.”

OK, that's disturbing. And if true, shouldn't the lyrics have been:
"Poopy Chutie, Ow Rudy! - Wop-bop-a-loo-lop a-lop-bam-boo!"

And....
