It really sucks that your team has been so terrible for so long. Its making it harder to hate them. It's gonna take a while for change to happen, Raiders Purged the team and it shows, Raiders have bright spots to build around and they will get better but they desperately need another good draft with gems that can start immediately.

Raiders will have to trade down to get a team that can compete again...
