Hillbilly Ham Salad
I'd never heard of it and thought it was a joke. A friend told me about it. Apparently it's not uncommon. Kroger even sells a version of it. They call it Kroger Sandwich Spread.
The simple version is: 2 lb. cheap bologna chopped finely 8 oz. sweet pickle relish 2 cups mayo or Miracle Whip 1 hard boiled egg chopped finely Mix ingredients and enjoy! |
