Like Silock's original post, I just don't get the appeal. The BBQ was ok, not bad, not good...and at what they charge for "just ok" BBQ, it's not worth it. There are 10 other places I'd go to in the KC area before Q39, not to mention that I can smoke up better BBQ than what I had there.
Good luck in OP though. All of the JoCo Hipsters will love it
