Twitter video question
Whenever I watch a video on twitter, it starts out super low quality for the first 10 seconds or so then becomes high quality. You would figure you could jump back in the video to the beginning and it would be cached so it would be higher quality from the start on a replay, but no, it's always super low quality in the beginning.
Is it like this for everyone or is it just me? Is there a way to fix it? |
